  14. Why would you want to advertise that it has a TI chipset?  Isn't that the
  15. chipset that has all the known bugs in it?  I'm returning the 33.6 modem I
  16. just got because it has several bugs (due to its a TI chipset).

  18. I'll be buying a modem that has a Rockwell chipset instead.

  20. Also, I heard that USR uses the faulty TI chipset, yet generic modems are
  21. often advertised as having a USR chipset.  If USR has makes it's own chips,
  22. why are they using TI's?
